Meet Nayrobi Romero – Owner & Operator of RM Concrete

Nayrobi Romero’s journey in concrete started early—guided by the hard work and influence of his stepfather. Born in Nicaragua and raised in Metairie, Louisiana, Nayrobi attended grammar school, middle school, and high school right here in the heart of Jefferson Parish. He’s proud to call Southeast Louisiana home and even prouder to serve the communities that helped raise him.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the concrete industry—ranging from large commercial jobs to small custom residential pours—Nayrobi built his skills the old-school way: by doing the work himself. He dreamed of starting his own company for years, and in March of 2020, in the middle of a pandemic and economic uncertainty, RM Concrete was born.

Since then, RM Concrete has grown into a trusted name across the metro New Orleans area, known for delivering top-quality concrete work with professionalism, honesty, and precision. Whether it’s a driveway in Kenner or a foundation slab in Mandeville, every project reflects Nayrobi’s high standards.

As a father of three, Nayrobi is driven by his love for his family and a deep commitment to building a business that stands for something. He’s had the same loyal crew since day one—hardworking guys he considers family—and he’s grateful for their dedication every single day.
